The day job: turning a department’s messy data into decisions people trust.
This is what I do professionally as a lead business analyst — and it uses exactly the same instinct as everything else on this site: take something tangled and make it legible.
I build the reporting a whole department runs on: Power BI models wired to the real source systems, AI layered on to surface the signal instead of another 40-tab spreadsheet, and Power Platform automations that quietly remove the manual steps nobody enjoyed. End to end — the data plumbing, the model, the visuals, and the conversations that turn a number into a decision.
The measure of success isn’t how pretty the dashboard is. It’s that people open it, trust it, and act on it — and that the boring work behind it happens on its own.
